She has an array of experience working with young people, driven by a motivation to grow and empower children and teenagers to be resilient and vibrant individuals. Carise has completed a Bachelor of Pre-Medicine, Science and Health, majoring in Exercise Science before beginning a Master of Occupational Therapy, which she graduated from at the end of 2023. She values learning and is committed to grow her knowledge and experience in working with children in the occupational therapy space. Carise firmly believes that therapy should be a fun and joyful journey for every child. She enjoys the creativity that comes with tailoring therapy to each child’s interests and needs, and embraces the delightful challenge of making therapy an engaging experience. She is particularly passionate about building resilience in children to empower them to face challenges confidently and maintain wellbeing and self-value. In her spare time, Carise enjoys playing music, going to the beach and continuing her quest to find the perfect cafe. |
