The Kids First Occupational Therapy Graduate Program transforms recently graduated Occupational Therapists into confident and passionate therapists.

With a focus on nurturing newly graduated occupational therapists into competent and rounded therapists, the KFOT Graduate Program aims to create holistic and broad thinking therapists that are excited and passionate about working with children. KFOT strives towards providing high quality client-centred care within a fun and engaging environment and supports new graduates in developing their skills to provide high quality services to families and the community. 

Kids First OT understands and emphasises the importance of continued education and developing clinical skills, thus providing extensive clinical supervision and administrative support. In addition, KFOT provides whole-team monthly external professional development from other professionals to broaden clinical understanding and knowledge. KFOT also guides new graduates in selecting professional development courses and webinars that would benefit their clinical understanding and that would be relevant to their client caseload.
