Elisha KhalifehOccupational TherapistBachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) - The University of Sydney Elisha is a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their goals through play-based and individualised therapy programs. She values building strong therapeutic relationships with children and their families and works collaboratively to create meaningful and achievable therapy outcomes. Elisha supports children to develop skills across a wide range of areas, including self-care, fine and gross motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing and handwriting. She takes a strengths-based approach, identifying each child’s unique abilities and designing the “just right” level of challenge to encourage confidence, growth and ongoing development. Elisha understands that children participate in many different environments and places great importance on collaboration with families, educators and other health professionals. This holistic approach ensures therapy strategies are practical, consistent and transferable across home, school and community settings. Elisha graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy) from The University of Sydney in 2020. She has a strong interest in paediatric occupational therapy and is committed to ongoing professional development to continually enhance her knowledge and practice. Outside of work, Elisha enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading fiction novels and getting outdoors. Work days: Elisha works Monday to Friday.
