With extensive experience in service based environments, Sarah is responsible for guiding the vision, sustainability, and long term growth of the practice. Kids First Therapy Hub was established over 15 years ago, shaped by a strong belief that children are best supported when the people around them are supported as well. From the beginning, the practice has focused on working collaboratively with families, educators, and others involved in a child’s life, reflecting a commitment to a holistic and connected approach. In her current role, Sarah leads business strategy, governance, compliance, and operational systems, including people and culture, financial management, policies, and external partnerships. Her focus is on building a values led organisation that supports clinicians to do their best work within strong clinical governance frameworks. Sarah works closely with the leadership team to ensure the practice operates ethically, sustainably, and in alignment with regulatory and funding requirements. All clinical services are delivered and overseen by appropriately registered clinicians. |  |
