Alice FoxOccupational TherapistBachelor of Arts and Master of Occupational Therapy - University of Sydney Alice completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney, where she developed a strong foundation in research, evidence-based practice and client-centred care. She completed clinical placements in Inpatient Rehabilitation, Community Geriatric Care, Occupational Rehabilitation, and Paediatrics and has been working in Paediatrics since graduating. Alice understands that therapy is most effective when it takes a holistic and playful approach, considering the whole child within the context of their relationships, daily routines, and environment. She is dedicated to professional development and has completed training in DIR Floortime, The Traffic Jam in My Brain, Astronaut Training: A Sound Activated Vestibular-Visual Protocol, Playfulness and its Neural Correlates in Occupational Therapy, and the SpIRiT model of practice. She is passionate about empowering children to thrive through play and connection. Alice aims to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, excited and confident to engage in therapy. Alice has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, language delay, intellectual disabilities, dyspraxia and sensory processing challenges.
